The perfect companion to our RoseRelief™ Postpartum Undergarment, the SoothingPetals™ reusable ice and heat pack provides discrete comfort where you need it most. Elongated for maximum reach, the pack can be inserted into undergarment to soothe the vulva and perineal areas. 

The lightweight pad can be microwaved for a soothing heat treatment or frozen to provide an invigorating cold press. As it easily slides into our Postpartum Recovery Underwear, the cooling and warming sensations are capable of penetrating most postpartum pads – giving you relief anytime, anywhere you need it.
