We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments! Although most packages ship out same
day or next day, without expedited freight we cannot guarantee this.

Rose Maternity Co. does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next business day. This means that orders placed Friday after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next Monday

Returns:
For everyone’s health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on SoothingPetals™ Ice & Heat pack and / or RoseRelief™ Postpartum Underwear.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or packages. Please contact your mail carrier/local post office. For your protections, please add Route Shipping Insurance to your order during checkout.
Restricted Items
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an on board fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via Standard Delivery only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items you must choose Standard Delivery for your order.
