Shipping & Returns

 

  1. SoothingPetals™ Ice & Heat Pack and RoseRelief™ Postpartum Underwear:
    • Comfort and Fit Guarantee (Applies to Underwear Only)

      If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of the RoseRelief Postpartum Recovery Undergarment, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange your first opened Undergarment.

      Just contact us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the underwear or an exchange to get a different size that’s more comfortable. Underwear must be tried on over personal undergarments for hygiene purposes.

      • Only applies to your first worn Undergarment, per customer.

      • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

      If you choose to replace (i.e. exchange) the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge (excludes certain countries outside of North America). In these cases, no further refunds are permitted.

      For everyone's health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used SoothingPetals™ Ice & Heat Packs and/or RoseRelief™ Postpartum Underwear.
  1. Other Items:
    • All other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  1. Conditions for Return:
    • Items must be unused and in new condition.
    • Original packaging must be intact.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rosematernityco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  1. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  1. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  1. Exchanges:
    • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer support team promptly to cancel an order.
  1. Insufficient Address:
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. A refund will NOT be granted.

  2. LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. Contact your mail carrier/local post office.
    • For protection, consider adding Route Shipping Insurance during checkout.

  3. Disclaimer
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
