- For everyone's health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on SoothingPetals™ Ice & Heat Packs and/or RoseRelief™ Postpartum Underwear.
- Other Items:
- All other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rosematernityco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer support team promptly to cancel an order.

Insufficient Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. A refund will NOT be granted.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. Contact your mail carrier/local post office.
- For protection, consider adding Route Shipping Insurance during checkout.
